b-spokes are one of the UK’s largest independent family-run delivery companies, with over 200 vans on the road. We provide multi-drop delivery services for market leading brands within our industry, specialising in last mile deliveries across Aberdeen; the Central Belt of Scotland; and Northern England.
We are now seeking individuals to join the team as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver Champion. You will be an expert in parcel deliveries and you will share your expertise and passion for delivery excellence by training our new starts as part of your remit.
We are seeking a number of champions across our depot presence in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Newcastle
What we offer you
- We will pay you a day rate of £150 per day, and you will be paid monthly
- We will provide you with a Company Van, fully serviced and insured
- You will be eligible for 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata) per year
- You will be eligible for SSP if you are sick, subject to qualifying criteria
- Working 12-hour shifts, 07:00 – 19:00, you will work 4 days on 3 days off

What we need from you
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 5 years
- Driving licence free from convictions and with less than 6 points
- Flexibility and Reliability
- Excellent customer service
- Previous multi drop delivery experience
- Good knowledge of the local area is beneficial
- Able to make multi drop deliveries and collections to both residential and commercial customers
- A people focussed approach
- Previous experience of training/coaching/mentoring
- Enthusiasm
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Positive attitude

- Taking responsibility
- Able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision, but as part of a team
- Have a smartphone
